My name is Abhishek Venkatesh. I would like to share my story about tinnitus problem which i faced after recovering from COVID 3 weeks back. I had come to India for vacation in Jan 2022 and before flying back i tested positive for COVID and developed upper respiratory tract infection which later led to tinnitus. Started hearing different sounds in right ear and was not able to sleep at night. This disturbed my sleep cycle. Then my father referred to Dr.P.Lakshmi Satish. After diagnosis she told it was a case of tinnitus. She then conducted audiometry to check that my hearing and it had no issues which was fine as per the test report. In the mean while, i had already consulted another doctor for second opinion as i was running short of time since i had to fly back for my work. The other doctor prescribed a cocktail of tablets including steroids ( it was her approach, cant say its wrong) but i was hesitant to take those tablets. when I discussed this with Dr.Lakshmi Satish madam, she advised not to take those tablets and instead suggested to opt for dexamethosone injection. Also, she explained that the results may vary as there are no proven records for treatment of tinnitus but it was one of the ways to treat this problem. I took 4 injections , once daily. Results are were quite comforting as after the 1st session, i felt 40% reduction in the sound in my right ear. After 2nd session, the sound use to come and go and after the 4th session, there was 70% reduction in the sound in my right ear. I was pleased by this as in a matter of 4 days there was such an improvement as there was race against time in my case. Also taking an injection in the ear is quite frightening but the she made it feel like an ant bite. I am very thankful to Dr.Lakshmi Satish and convey her my sincere regards.

The doctor checked my ear and immediately told that I needed a ear clean up. The whole procedure took about 15 minutes and I was back to normal. Very good doctor, she seems like she's in a hurry but actually she's just quick to check her patients. I think her diagnosis was good and would definitely recommend her.

Please avoid going to this doctor. *** *********** ****** **** *** **** *** *********** ** ******* *** ****** *** ***** ****** ****** *** *************Sharing our personal experience, recently my wife saw some blood coming when she spits, so we went to her to know what can be done and if this is normal or anything to worry about. Without describing the issue and what treatment she is going for, *** ****** done the cauterization.

No details shared...no advise on Do's and Do not’s was shared to us. We came back happily thinking the doctor has provided good treatment. But the bad part was about to come.... that night she could not

sleep...it was paining heavily.... blood flow was increased. We got scared, somehow waited for next day, and then gone to her again. She checked the nose and started shouting at us...you guys don't cooperate with doctor,

how can I treat you.... As a respect to doctor, we were listening to all her unnecessary statements. She gave some painkiller and tablets to stop the bleeding part. One day passed.... next day again pain and blood flow

was increased......once again we had to go to her. There she done 2nd cauterization, and warned us if this time the solution don't work ..we have to get hospitalized and get operated.**** *** **** ********** *** shouting at us...why you come every day....I don’t want to see same face every day....She used to prescribe lots of medicines, which will be available at her clinic only.

Again, at night we faced pain and blood flow. Next morning at 10.30 am we called her clinic to get the appointment, now the most surprising part was….when the receptionist asks the patient name…then hearing our name. She says doctor is not available, she is out of stations. I called 4 times with different numbers, asked her if doctor is available…but the moment when she ask the patient name. And I tell her the name…immediately tone changes and she replies like doctor is not available…She is out of station….Now just analyzing with her behavior a** ** *** ********* *** *** ******** we decided to go for another doctor as a second opinion. *** ****** ****** *** ********* ** *** ************* *** ***** ** **** ******** ** ******** ****** ****** ******* *** ** ***** ***** *** ****** ****** *** **** ************** *********** ******** ************* *** ************* *** ** *********** *** **** **** ** *** **** ** ************* **** ************ ******** *** ***** ** a horrible experience, which we as a human being don’t want anyone should go though.

I am surprised how a professional doctor can behave like this...saying why you are coming daily...don’t want to see your face daily ....is this acceptable...We are not asking for free treatment.... we are paying for every visit...even we don’t want to go daily...we have office /school....other work also...No one wants to go to doctor ....but then situation comes and have to visit.***** ***** ** ****** **** *** **** *** ******** ***********

After post covid recovery I had certain sinus issues and facial numbness. * *** **** * ** **** **** *** ** *** ** ***** ***** *** *********

Immediately after seeing the CT and not even asking other questions doctor came to conclusion that I may have Sugar diabetics and sent for test in her own clinic. Then she told covid will come to people who are far. Then told immediately should admit and surgery has to be done. For everybody I have asked in that clinic she recommends surgery only. Any disease surgery is her first statement.

Please take opinion from 2 or 3 doctors before doing any surgery. ******* **** ****** ********** **** ********

I have been knowing Dr.Lakshmi Satish since 16 years. Since, 2004 i have had 3 surgeries performed on me by Doctor for FESS and Septal deviation and for ear blockage. My last FESS surgery was 4 years back. All were successful and today i am hale and healthy.******** ** **** **** *** ********** Cost of operation was very reasonable.

Doctor Always suggests directly getting nasal sinus fungul infection operated there is no alternative remedy.

which i got it from expert and seniour ENT speacialist from Rajajinagar not to go for operation and it wil be cured from drops which they prescribed.

Please think twice and consult other experts before taking decisions.

I found the doctor very informative n she treated well but I’m not happy with the hygiene maintained in the clinic n the equipments used is very unhygienic n not sterilised which is very scary. I may not visit again or recommend anyone only for this reason.
